Open your SharaForms user settings, go to Connections, and connect the Telegram account you want to use.

Pick the connected account on the form
In the Telegram integration, select the Telegram account from the available providers list.

Configure the alert content
Customize the notification message and choose whether to include submission answers, analytics, or quick links.

Submit a test entry
Send a sample response through the form and confirm it reaches the expected Telegram destination.
