Setup steps

Get your Pipedrive API token
In Pipedrive, open Settings → Personal preferences → API and copy your personal API token.

Enter the token in SharaForms
Paste the token into the Pipedrive integration fields in your form. Pipelines load automatically.

Select pipeline and stage
Optionally choose where new deals land inside your Pipedrive funnel.

Map contact fields and set deal options
Choose which form fields hold the contact name and email. Set an optional deal title template, value, and currency.

Test with a submission
Submit the form and confirm a new deal appears in Pipedrive, linked to the created person.

✔A Pipedrive account.
✔An API token with write access.
✔Pro plan access for Pipedrive integrations.

Practical tips

✦Mapping at least the email field makes leads easy to deduplicate in Pipedrive.
✦Use @mentions in the deal title, such as the company or service requested, for instant context.
✦Leave pipeline empty to use your default Pipedrive funnel.
