Start from the SharaForms app page in Zapier and create a new Zap using the submission trigger you need.

Authorize Zapier to access your SharaForms data or use the trigger flow Zapier expects for your form setup.

Map submission fields into downstream steps
Choose your follow-up apps and map the SharaForms fields into the actions that should run after each submission.

Test and publish the automation
Use a sample submission to verify the whole workflow, then publish the Zap once every step is returning the expected output.
