Setup steps

Generate a Plane API token
In Plane, open Settings → API Tokens and create a new token. Copy it now; tokens may only be shown once.

Enter credentials in SharaForms
Paste the token into the Plane integration fields in your form. If you self-host Plane, also set your instance URL; otherwise leave it empty for Plane Cloud.

Select workspace and project
Choose where new issues should be created. Projects load dynamically from your workspace.

Configure the issue content
Optionally pick a state and priority, then customize the title and description with @mentions for form field values.

Test with a submission
Submit the form and confirm a new issue appears in your Plane project with the correct content.

✔A Plane workspace (Plane Cloud or self-hosted).
✔An API token with write access.
✔Pro plan access for Plane integrations.
