Setup steps

Create a Linear API key
In Linear, go to Settings → Security and create a new personal API key under the API section. Copy the generated key.

Enter the key in SharaForms
Paste the API key into the Linear integration fields in your form. The team dropdown loads automatically.

Select a team and routing options
Choose the team that should receive issues. Optionally pick a project, status, and priority applied to every created issue.

Customize the issue content
Use the title and description fields to define issue content. Use @mentions to insert form field values into both.

Test with a submission
Submit the form and confirm a new issue appears in your Linear team with the correct content and routing.
