Setup steps

Create a Baserow database token
In Baserow, open your workspace settings, go to Database tokens, and create a new token. Give it write permissions on the workspace that holds your table, then copy it.

Enter credentials in SharaForms
Paste the token into the Baserow integration fields in your form. If you self-host Baserow, also set your instance URL; otherwise leave it empty for baserow.io.

Select workspace, database, and table
Choose where submissions should land. The selectors load dynamically from your Baserow account once the token is entered.

Map form fields to columns
Match each form field to a Baserow column. Fields without an explicit mapping are stored under a slugified version of their field name.

Test with a submission
Submit the form and confirm a new row appears in your Baserow table with the mapped values.
